Boa Vista Orchards is a fifth-generation family farm located at 2952 Carson Rd, Placerville, open 363 days a year from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, every day including weekends. The farm offers fresh produce like apples, pears, berries, peaches, and plums, along with baked goods (including apple dumplings and donuts), apple cider, wines, and seasonal events such as pumpkin patches, berry festivals, and Easter egg hunts.
Sweetie Pie’s is located at 577 Main St, Placerville, in a beautifully restored Victorian house built around 1865. The shop opened on November 8, 1991, fulfilling a lifelong dream of creating a welcoming space for good food, coffee, and community.
Originally offering desserts, coffee, and a small menu, Sweetie Pie’s quickly grew as customers requested more food options, eventually expanding into a full bakery and restaurant. Known for its award-winning baked goods and homemade meals made from scratch, the restaurant has consistently been voted “Best of El Dorado County.” Sweetie Pie’s remains committed to serving quality food in a warm, family-like atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

Boring Rose Brewing Co. is a family-run nano brewery located in the El Dorado Hills Town Center at 4363 Town Center Blvd, that brews year-round and seasonal craft beers inside a 3,000-square-foot greenhouse alongside tropical plants.
The brewery emphasizes a unique “Pints & Plants” concept where carbon dioxide from the brewing process is absorbed by the plants to aid photosynthesis, reducing their carbon footprint while providing fresh, hand-crafted beers named after local wildlife and farm life. They host regular events including Bingo nights every Wednesday at 6 PM, live music performances, and seasonal celebrations like the Fireworks & Freedom Concert.
Estelle is a charming, warmly lit French bakery & pâtisserie that is dedicated to quality, located at 2530 Arden Wy, Sacramento. All of our baked goods are made fresh daily on site and use the finest and freshest local ingredients available.
