Menu : BBQ dinner will by catered by Creative Fusion Catering and will include your choice of Smoked Brisket, Chicken, Baby Back Ribs, along with German Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, BBQ Beans, and a Green Salad. No host bar will be available at the event, along with free bottled water. No outside alcohol or container is permitted.
Entertainment : Featuring The Hangtown Marshals performing their authentic cowboy skit. Line Dancing instruction. Fun Raffle Prizes.
Admission : Early Bird Sale – $55 members and $65 guests. Tickets purchased after August 1, 2026 are $65 members and $75 guests.
